With the fast development of social economy and the gradual improvement of urban living standards,the amount of municipal household waste is also increasing rapidly.As one of the professional devices for municipal waste treatment,garbage compactor plays an important role in the reduction of waste volume and weight.At present,the fixed garbage compactor equipment has many disadvantages,such as heavy mass,large volume and high cost etc.Based on the advantages of the same type of garbage compactor equipment and the needs of actual production,a kind of medium fixed garbage compactor equipment is designed.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.This paper analyzes the application of compressed garbage collection and transportation system of equipment in sanitation,garbage compactor in the domestic and international development trend of the equipment,the existing problems of domestic garbage compactor equipment in use.2.This paper completes the overall framework of the medium-sized fixed garbage compactor equipment and the design of the important components.In accordance with the specific market demand for products,on the basis of the existing old product modules,the garbage compactor equipment compression mechanism,locking mechanism,garbage container and other main structure are designed.3.The finite element analysis is carried out on the key components of the equipment,compression mechanism,locking mechanism and garbage container.The stress distribution and deformation of compression mechanism,locking mechanism and garbage container structure were obtained through analysis,which provided the basis for the later optimization design of the compactor.4.Optimization design of medium fixed garbage compactor equipment.According to the results of finite element analysis,the structure of the design risk of the compression mechanism is parameterized analyzed and optimized.5.The actually loading test of medium fixed waste compactor equipment was carried out.The stress distribution and deformation data of the equipment were measured under actual operating conditions by the test.The results of the loading test and the finite element analysis are compared.Finally,the accuracy of the finite element analysis is verified.
