The waste transfer station plays an important role in the treatment of urban domestic waste.The waste compactor is the most commonly used waste compactor in the waste transfer station.It compresses the collected loose waste into blocks with the help of the hydraulic system,realizes the reduction of waste capacity,improves the efficiency of waste transfer,reduces the economic cost of transportation,and effectively reduces the second part of the waste transportation process Secondary pollution has far-reaching significance for improving the surrounding environment of cities and towns.Firstly,the horizontal waste compactor is taken as the research object,combined with the advantages of the existing compression equipment of different schemes,and through the comparative analysis of each scheme,the work scheme of the new waste compactor is proposed,and the overall structure design is completed,so that the self-propelled mechanism and the pushing mechanism in the new product are arranged symmetrically,the two-way extrusion effect of waste is realized,and the compactness of waste is increased,The 3D model of the whole structure is built by using Pro / E Wildfire 5.0 software.The key components of each mechanism of the garbage briquetting machine are determined,and the motion simulation analysis is carried out by using the Pro / E Wildfire 5.0 mdx function module.According to the actual motion situation of each mechanism,the addition of the speed motion drive of the executive components is completed,the displacement change and the motion track of the key components are measured,and the non-interference phenomenon is verified during the working process.The lifting mechanism is an important part of the garbage briquetting machine.The mechanical and kinematic analysis of the lifting mechanism is carried out.The thrust of a single lifting cylinder,the resultant force of each hinge joint,and the relationship between the platform lifting speed and the lifting cylinder speed are obtained.The stability and safety of the lifting process are verified.ANSYS is used for the key components of the pushing head and the locking hook Based on the static analysis of workbench software,the main parts of the maximum stress and displacement are obtained,and the improvement and optimization of the structure are completed.According to the new working plan,the design requirements of the hydraulic system are determined.The hydraulic system is the driving part of the garbage compactor.The working conditions of the hydraulic cylinders of each mechanism are analyzed,and the maximum external load and speed value range of the hydraulic cylinders are calculated.The schematic diagram of the hydraulic system is completed by using the software of Visio,and the main design parameters of the hydraulic system and the selection of the hydraulic components are completed.Combined with the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system,AMESim simulation model is established for the power system and the hydraulic system of each mechanism by using AMESim hydraulic simulation software.Through the setting of the main parameters of the hydraulic components,the speed and displacement curves of the hydraulic cylinder are simulated,and finally the rationality,stability and reliability of the hydraulic system are verified.
