Nowadays,rubbish transfer station for disposal of municipal domestic waste is of great significance,while the vertical refuse compactor is a kind of compression equipment which is the most widely used in the rubbish transfer station. However,the existing vertical refuse compactor is with a series of shortcomings that involve heavy quality,big volume,unreasonable structure,high building cost,low safety factor and so on.The thesis is based on actual practice in enterprise,to be improved to rubbish transfer station of compression equipment,thus designed a new type of vertical refuse compactor,the new type of compressor for short. The main contents are as follows:1. In design,the indenter lay-out mode and four-pillars stand of the original garbage compressor are mainly modified,in which the improvement of the lay-out mode can shorten the cylinder of compression stroke,improve work efficiency,reduce the total quality. While the four-pillars stand is improved,not only saves in material and reduces the overall height,but also reduces the building of the garbage station cost. At the same time,mechanisms of garbage compressor’s box body,pushing plate and guiding wheels are modified,and drainage mechanism for waste liquid of garbage compressor is design.2. The finite element strength analysis is made on the indenter stand of the new type of compressor,and that of stress-focus the reasonability of the structure design,while the after optimized support still could satisfy the material allowable stress requirement. In addition,the fatigue reliability analysis of compressing mechanism under repetitive load is carried out,and determined the service life of about five years.3. The hydraulic system of the new type of compressor is designed and simulated analysis. compared with traditional hydraulic systems, the new hydraulic system can save compression time, improve compression efficiency and reduce energy consumption.4. The mathematical model of the new type of compressor is established,the accuracy of the mathematical model is verified by system simulation and experimental analysis,the analysis result is good comparing to the fact condition. |
