The buried hydraulic garbage compactor is an important part of the garbage transportation system and one of the main equipment to reduce the capacity of the garbage compactor.The whole equipment is placed underground,can be built in areas with dense neighbourhoods,university campuses and other places where the population is relatively concentrated.It can complete the collection,transportation and pretreatment of garbage.It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of garbage recycling and the living environment.Firstly,this paper analyzed the existing different work programs of the garbage compactor,selected its advantages and combined with the corresponding needs,completed the design of a new type of garbage compactor.The equipment adopts the separating structure of pushing head and block box,introduces self-pushing device and baffle mechanism,and uses the symmetrical arrangement scheme of double cylinders to shorten the working stroke of the hydraulic cylinder,achieves the effect of two-way compression,and facilitates the realization of the working mode of one machine with multiple boxes.At the same time,Solidworks software is used to build a three-dimensional model of the whole structure.The key components of the design scheme are determined,i.e.push head and locking hook.With the help of Solidworks Motion plug-in,the motion simulation of key components is carried out by STEP driving function,which verifies the stability and feasibility of key components in the process of motion.At the same time,ANSYS Workbench software is used to analyze the mechanical properties of key components under different working conditions,identify the distribution location of maximum stress and deformation,and optimize its structure and parameters.By calculating the maximum external load and running speed of the hydraulic cylinder of each device,the main design parameters of the hydraulic system are determined,and the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system is drawn.By establishing the mathematical model of hydraulic system reliability and calculating the average fault-free working time of hydraulic system with MATLAB software,the reference basis for the maintenance of hydraulic system is provided.The simulation model of hydraulic system is built by AMESim software,and the characteristic curves of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder of each device are obtained,which verifies the stability and reliability of the hydraulic system in the working process.According to the overall control requirements of the garbage compactor,the PLC control scheme is determined,the selection of other hardware such as PLC and sensors is completed,the I/O address is allocated and the terminal wiring diagram is drawn,and the ladder diagram program is compiled with STEP7-Micro/WIN V4.0.At the same time,an on-line hydraulic fault monitoring system based on LabVIEW 17 is developed,and a man-machine interface is designed,which is helpful to realize the intelligent control of garbage pressing equipment.
