Environmental Cooperation Research Between China And Latin American Countries

In the era of reforming global era,China and Latin American countries,as representatives of emerging economies,are playing an increasingly important role in the international community.Facing the global environmental problems,they launched various forms of environmental cooperation at different levels.Taking the United Nations as the center,China cooperates with the Latin American countries on carrying out multilateral cooperation under the mechanism of Basic and G77 + China.At the same time,China's climate cooperation with Brazil is a typical representative of bilateral cooperation.Even though China and Latin American countries are far apart,facing the global environmental problems and changes,global governance has become an indispensable subject for both of them.They share common environmental problems because of the similarity of the economic development mode.The environmental cooperation among China and Latin American countries has become a necessary choice.The development of environmental cooperation among China and Latin American countries is successful,enhancing the two sides' discourse power and international status,which has a profound influence on other countries and international patterns,and influences the development of contemporary international politics and the changes of international pattern.Based on the characteristics of the diversity of the main body,the diversity of the content and the new model of South-South cooperation,it is vital to analyzing and summarizing the problems and influencing factors of their environmental cooperation,that aims to promote the sustainable environmental cooperation.Under the global and multipolar international environment,environmental cooperation among China and Latin American countries is not going smoothly.Facing the arduous and urgent environmental protection undertakings,both sides should face up to the problems and shortcomings in environmental cooperation,seeking common ground and reserve differences on this issue,it should be strengthened for their cooperation in the field of climate change.At the same time,they have plans for safeguarding the common interests of developing countries and promoting the development of environmental diplomacy.
