At present,the domestic market for mother and child supplies is s urging,the competition is fierce,and the market has more and more regulations for mother and child supplies.This has brought great challenges to the development of mother and child supplies enterprises.At the same time,with the arrival of the new reta il era,the opening up of offline and online marketing channels,how to build a reasonable channel structure use network resources to create new marketing channels,and seize the market in the Internet era is a problem in front of all mother-and-child supply companies.Firstly,based on the theory of marketing channel,this paper analyzes the marketing environment of marketing channel of mother and child industry and the market of China infant industry.Secondly,according to the current situation of the marketing channel system of Pigeon products of Youchang Group,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the marketing channel system of Pigeon products,mainly the lack of innovation in the marketing channel model,the obvious conflict between marketing channels,and the chaotic management of marketing channels.Thereby,the direction of optimizing the marketing channel system of Pigeon mother-and-child products of Youchang Group is clearly established.Thirdly,around consumer products and service demand,this article clearly defined the main objectives and basic principles of this marketing channel optimization.In order to strengthen the core competitiveness of Youchang Group in the maternal and infant industry,the optimization scheme of the marketing channel system of Pigeon products of Youchang Group is designed from three dimensions: marketing channel mode,marketing channel maintenance,and marketing channel management.Finally,from three aspects of human resources,enterprise culture,and informat ization construction,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures to optimize the marketing channel system of Pigeon mother and child products of Youchang Group,and briefly estimates the effect after the implementation of the optimization scheme.This paper comprehensively analyzes the development status of the maternal and infant industry in China and the actual situation of the marketing channel system of Pigeon products of Youchang Group,and puts forward an optimization scheme for the marketing channel system of Pigeon products of Youchang Group,which has guiding significance for the marketing channel work of Pigeon products of Youchang Group.At the same time,it also has reference significance for the marketing development of mother and child supplies enterprises in the same industry.
