The Optimization Research On R&D Process Of Auto Seating In G Company

G Company is an auto parts group which specializes in research,development and production of Auto seating.Because of late researching in seating,and the comparative low efficiency and long time period of R&D,the productivity process is certainly affected.Therefore,it is very important and meaningful to study the optimization of Auto seating's R & D process in G Company.This Paper is composed of five sections.Section One is introduction.It mainly describes the background and significance of this research,and elaborates the current situation of domestic and foreign research.Finally it introduces the research methods,the basic framework and main technical root.Section Two refers to analysis of problems in G Company's R&D process.This section includes a brief overview of the current situation of the car seat industry,and describes the G Company's profile and the R & D process before optimization.Though using methods like ASME,IDEF0 Model and Activity-Based Costing(ABC),it analysis and sums up the problems in current R & D process,and concludes the necessity for optimization of R & D process.Section Three deals with optimization analysis of G Company's R&D process.Firstly,this section introduces the basic principles of process optimization.Then,it explains the method and process of optimization which improving this process based on the idea of IATF16949 and method of ECRSI.Finally,the optimization is analyzed by ASME,IDEF0 and ABC.Section Four concerns the supporting or coordinated measures of the optimization and its effect analysis,in which the supporting measures needed are pointed out and the effect of the optimized process is analyzed.Section Five is the conclusion of the paper,summarizing the effectiveness and function of this paper,and indicating the shortcomings.Mainly based on the theory of process optimization,IATF16949,ECRSI,the background of G Company,and the particularity of R&D in seating,this paper analyzes the problems in the process,proposes optimization scheme and supporting measures.Finally,it analyzes the effect of this optimization scheme.The original intention of this paper is to improve the efficiency of research and development in G Company,and hopefully to bring some reference for domestic car seat enterprises.
