Entering the 21 st century,between countries closer exchanges between enterprises,at the same time,the competition between the enterprises is increasingly fierce.Human resources as a sustained competitiveness of enterprises a special resource,is valued by the business operators and training is the key to the enterprise value of human resources development means,more and more attention by enterprises and managers.But training is a need to continuously invest huge resources to carry out the work,from the perspective of return on investment,training in the end how much practical value for the enterprise is particularly important.Therefore,training evaluation has become an important link in training works carried out successfully.Scholars at home and abroad for a long time also to evaluate training conducted in-depth research,draws a large number of tools and models,but on the other hand,based on the enterprise actual operation level of applied research is also not very rich,especially for a typical small and medium-sized private enterprises in the training evaluation research is more insufficient.On the other hand,for the training evaluation index system on the level of concrete operation research also dabble in.B company as a typical domestic private enterprise is in the aspect of training work has met such problems and challenges.Because of the lack of effective and practical evaluation tool to the key factors affecting the B company training programs make judgments,also can't get training input to obtain the real value of B company's human resources development and training work is restricted by the obvious.This study using literature method,case method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),training in the field of research results at home and abroad for reference,and analysis of the training practice of B company in the past data,using the AHP technology to the training effect evaluation index weight calculation,to find the relative weights of the main factors of influence the training effect of various relations,establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system.In building the training evaluation index structure optimization model based on AHP technology of at the same time,this model was applied to practical inspection,selection of B company's marketing manager training program as the training objects,training effect evaluation to this article research has more realistic significance.This study finally got suitable represented by B company of small and medium-sized private enterprises in the marketing aspects of the training evaluation a relatively satisfactory evaluation tools,to solve the main problems of B company training evaluation work,and the similar enterprise in the aspect of training evaluation work bring certain reference significance.
