| With the development of market economy in our country,especially in the third plenary session of the eighteenth proposed to speed up the deployment of market-oriented reform of state-owned enterprises,further the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises put forward severe test.As is known to all,enterprise competitiveness depends largely on the talented person’s competition,more essentially,is the personnel quality competition.So how to cultivate people,retain people,is the enterprise training important direction.But I are engaged in water sector,due to the lack of effective evaluation of training and examination of tied mechanism,thus greatly reduces the enterprise staff training effect.Enterprise management and even the employee himself is hard to understand the training for staff and enterprise value.This can make the management can’t increase the investment in enterprise staff training,employees have little incentive to attend training.Based on reading a lot of related literature and on-the-spot investigation of water enterprises,on the basis of studying the basic theory of training effectiveness evaluation,evaluation model and the training methods,to understand the characteristics and status quo of water companies,proposed the water sector training project effect evaluation index system.This article from the trainees skill and staff mental outlook,employee satisfaction,safety and health of water environmental protection and innovation ability five aspects the maintenance training project effect evaluation of the enterprise,provides reference for the comprehensive development of water companies.First of all,this paper introduces the features of water companies overhaul project training and training effect evaluation of the problem,and seek solutions.Secondly,based on the principle of training programs and nature of water industry training project effect evaluation index system is established,analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weights,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluation.Finally,taking a water branch maintenance training program as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and research of the analytic hierarchy process for the project,so as to help managers training link found in the specific problems,and improve the training plan and management measures,has strong theoretical and practical significance. |
