The Research On The Talent Assessment For Administrators In Modern Enterprises

The evaluation of management people means the activities of measuring and determining the all-around personality and ability of management people by a series of scientific approaches including performance evaluation. As one of the bases of HR management the evaluation can be helpful to deploy and develop people so as to reinforce the enterprise's competence. The research on the evaluation in western countries began quite early, developed very fast and has now been industrialized while in our country the field had been be neglected for a long time. Now in many interior enterprises, especially in the state-owned enterprises, knowledge on the evaluation is rather poor and the techniques need to be updated. It's highly demanded that the interior specialists and HR management people should make the evaluation more scientific and standardized.The article is divided into four chapters:In chapter one, the author has introduced the relevant concepts of the manpower resources management. Talent assessment of management briefly, and has introduced the research state to this subject of western countries, the application state in this respect of each developed country at present.Chapter two is concerning to relevant at the basic level theory, principle of testing and assessing, business administration of talent assessment, different to test and assess type, procedure step that test and assess make survey more comprehensivly.In chapter three, the author analysis some more present practical test and assessment methods , has probed into the construction of the index system of talent assessment of modern business administration and application of the method.The last one, chapter four, mistaken idea storing in comment in using to our country present business administration theory and current situation of using, know of talent assessment, have introduced the state of development of the research.
