Since reform and opening up,China's foreign trade bursts and develops vigorously,after joining the WTO,China's manufacturing industry is full of infinite vitality.By the opportunity of reform and a favorable external economic environment,as a bridge between buyers and manufacturers,procurement of trading company has made great progress,and it plays an important role in the area of international trade.However,with the rise of the Internet and e-commerce technology and the globalization of the economy,market environment has undergone profound changes,competition increases sharply.Competition between enterprises has become between supply chain and supply chain.The traditional business model no longer meet the requirements of the market environment,if tradeing company wants to survive in the competition,it must establish close collaborative relationship with supplier,play their respective advantages and complement resources,enhance cooperation and competition through supply chain management.A company is a trading company with a long history and freign background.With exclusive customer resources and many years of accumulation,the company's business had achieved good result.However,in the new era background,the development of A company has grown weak,quality problem and delivery delay impacted on customer service level great.A company encountered difficulties and challenges.This article takes supplier management of electronics product of Acompany as example,according to the theory of supply chain management and supplier management,by analyzing supplier classification,the status of supplier selection,supplier relationship management and supplier performance evaluation of A company,proposes four main causes of the problem: lack of the concept of system management under supply chain environment,supplier classification inappropriate,comprehensive supplier evaluation system is imperfect,poor supplier relationships.And then propose strategies and measures for optimization problems of A company,which include re-segmenting the suppliers via correlation matrix for differential management,constructing supplier evaluation system indicators and determining the weights of indicators by Analytic Hierarchy Process,constructing and managing strategic supplier partnerships.And then,intruduced optimization results after period of practice.Finally,summed up and obtained the revelation of this case study.
