Co-developed With The Parts And Supplier Management For Consumer Electronic Products

With intensive cost competition,growing replacement of product and limitation of enterprise resource,the Consumer Electronics Enterprise has to adapt to the increasingly demand for outsourcing in Product Research and Development stage. Suppliers and Customers are playing more important role in New Product Development(NPD).How to optimize the allocation of various resources in and out enterprise has become the key factor in the efficient development of low cost product. Cross-Enterprise communication,Optimal distribution of resource and Systemic Management are the core of competition.Product Collaborative Development Chain (PCDC) provides an effective method and means on how to solve this new development pattern.To build the basic framework for the suppliers involved in the NPD is the key to the success of implementation and infrastructure of PCDC.Update of enterprise development process,establishment of materials classification and set up of supplier evaluation,these are the good job and precondition on supplier evaluation and selection.Based on the above analysis and research,as well as status quo of Chinese Consumer Electronics Enterprises,a supplier selection process pattern is proposed, meanwhile,take an example of LCD TV,present the supplier selection.Finally,according to the framework and process analysis,proposed the PCDC (Product Collaborative Development Chains) reference model with a three-tier structure of the integrated management system,based on ASP,SQL-Server,developed the PCDC integrated management prototype,which provide a unified platform for the effective solution and coordination of resource allocation and implementation in NPD. Design and realization of PCDC management system offer the technical support and platform for the product coordination development chain.
