Study On The Process Optimization And Cost Management Of The Supply Chain Of Consumer Electronics

As consumer electronics market growth rate and the threshold of the industry's entry of continue to getting lower,the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The company's gross margin continued to decrease.The companies have to strengthen the cost management.However,the traditional method which is to keep the prices down has been proven failed.The main reason is the critical materials' suppliers stay in a strong position,while the non-critical materials' price has reached the limit.The companies have to improve the efficiency of the supply chain and reduce operating costs.In this paper,through applying the ESIA analysis method and the operating cost method to existing package material supply chain flow to find the improvement for current process.In this paper,put forward the process of pre-packaging flow for consumer electronics products,and the feasibility verification and the evaluation method of economic benefit.
