Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid development of information technology,information infrastructure continues to improve,information technology in the national economy and the application of various fields of society increasingly wide.At present,in information technology and new energy technology is leading the third industrial revolution around the world are rising,networking,cloud computing,data,o2 o,Internet banking,a new generation of communication network emerging information technology and application development,informationization and industrialization and fast convergence,of China to accelerate the development of information technology has brought new opportunities and challenges.Information integration is a typical small property company,including computer software and hardware,operating system technology,database technology,network communication technology,design,installation,training,consulting and other business model.In the final analysis,these operations are realized by the enterprise knowledge,and this is the real source of the core competence of the enterprise.However,the knowledge update quickly,personnel flow is also accompanied by the development of the industry has been the existence of human strategy,the success or failure of a large extent determine the success or failure of the overall strategy of the company.The management of these knowledge workers is an important task for the development of enterprises.This paper to a service project of s information integration company as the research background,also accompanied by s company by the traditional functions of human resource management steering project mainly human management of external environment,discuss how to make use of scientific methods to establish and improve the performance of the project members.To enhance performance of project team members under the premise of the paper is divided into five main chapters.The first chapter introduces the s company's present situation and related fields of research status and the research ideas and content;the second chapter introduces the research of the project background,project construction,project related members of the selection and organization structure,and the members of the competency analysis.The third chapter is divided into project management personnel and technical personnel in the performance objectives and principles,according to the characteristics of the project to develop a two level performance index and weight;the fourth chapter discusses the performance management implementation and improvement and found low performance.The fifth chapter is the conclusion part.The main research method is analysis of the specific circumstances of the project and project members,combined with the methods of questionnaires and interviews to collect expert on performance evaluation index selection and weight observations by using fuzzy Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and other scientific methods to establish a performance evaluation system of project members of the performance index and weight,and in the project in the implementation,monitoring,feedback,improvement of four cycle perfection.Finally according to the performance of the project team members to develop performance measures to enhance.Through this paper draw the following conclusions:,members of the project performance indicators need according to the specific circumstances of the project,copy not based on experience;second,performance management needs to have good monitoring and feedback mechanism,performance index of three,cooperative project members need to consider the interests of the various stakeholders.
