| With the in-depth development of Internet information technology,both the consumer demand and consumption patterns of the homestay inn consumers and the management methods of the hotel itself have changed,which has promoted the transformation of the traditional business model of the homestay inn.The homestay inn is not only a place to stay,but also a reflection of the value of feelings.Based on the strategic background of “Internet +”,this paper analyzes the impact of the Internet on the business model of the homestay inn from a theoretical perspective,and on this basis,discusses the Internet-based business of Zhejiang homestay inn for a viable path for model innovation.Firstly,in order to study the characteristics of the Internet,and explore the components of the Internet + homestay inn industry business model,this paper draws on the academic experience of business model theory research at home and abroad,and chooses the theory of business model elements.Then,focus on the theoretical research basis of the business model elements,it is concluded that the business model of Zhejiang homestay inn mainly covers three components: market positioning,management system,and profit model,which are further decomposed into the core six elements,target customers,products and services,human resources,marketing channels,expenditure structure,revenue structure,and around the Internet+,the analysis shows that during the development of the homestay inn,the Internet has an important impact on the transformation of the business model of the homestay inn and plays a positive role.Then,in order to combine theory with practice,this paper selects Zhejiang homestay inn as a typical object of the property industry,and takes the current business model of Moganshan homestay inn and Shengsi homestay inn as a practical case to compare the advantages and disadvantages of its current business model.The service and products of the homestay inn need to pursue individuality,and the innovative thinking of the homeowner is an important factor to break through the constraints of the homestay inn.The cross-border integration of the industrial chain is the key to the transformation of the homestay inn model.By analyzing the future trend of Zhejiang homestay inn industry and the existing business model,it returns to prove the effectiveness of the Internet on the business model of the homestay inn industry,andproposes feasible feasibility based on the innovation of the Internet + Zhejiang homestay inn industry business model.The study found that the form of the homestay inn itself has the characteristics of the Internet,including people-oriented,sharing,freedom,etc.The use of the Internet as a driving force has profoundly affected the transformation of the business model of the homestay inn.The multiple competitive advantages of the "Internet + homestay inn" business model,through the construction of the Internet + homestay inn business model,and innovation in the three elements of market positioning,operation system and profit model,are the combination of homestay inn product types and service types.It provides various possibilities and establishes a closer relationship with its target customer groups to achieve win-win cooperation with complementary industries and competitive industries. |
