Research On The Business Model Innovation Of Manufacturing Enterprise Based On The Internet

Manufacturing enterprises are of great significance to rapid development of economy in our country,as important subjects of the real economy,but they also face the problem of business model curing,in the economic transition period,business model innovation is one of the most effective means of manufacturing enterprises to solve the problem.Business model innovation has been developing rapidly,with the Internet developing rapidly,Internet as an important driving force of business model innovation,it plays an important role in promoting the development of manufacturing enterprises in our country.Therefore,in this context,researching on business model innovation of manufacturing enterprises based on Internet has important theoretical significance and practical significance,with understanding of inner mechanism of business model innovation and using Internet to promote business model innovation’s ability.Firstly,this paper defines the concepts of manufacturing enterprises and business model innovation,analyzes the motivation and the key link of business model innovation,this paper discusses the characteristics of the Internet,then it studies the relationship between Internet and business model innovation of manufacturing enterprise,Internet has changed value proposition,value creation,value delivery and value realization link of the manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,in the research of business model innovation system of manufacturing enterprises,the paper analyzes the overall structure of the innovation system of the business model,and value proposition,value creation,value delivery,and value realization subsystem are affected by Internet.And on this basis,this paper constructs the dynamic model of the business model innovation system based on the Internet,and it thinks that the Internet elements change,the status of business model innovation system will change.Thirdly,in the process of effect mechanism of manufacturing enterprise business model innovation,the paper uses the quantitative method to construct the theoretical model,with the influence of the Internet on the business model innovation,the paper collects the data in the form of the questionnaire by some manufacturing enterprises,it uses the multiple regression model to carry on the empirical analysis,and it draws the conclusion that network embedding,large data capability and intelligent manufacturing capability have significant positive impact on business model innovation.Fourthly,in the research of effect mechanism and path selection of business model innovation,on the basis of expounding the impact mechanism of Internet on the business model innovation,this paper puts forward two paths to the business model innovation of manufacturing enterprises,that is the partial variation of innovation path and the structural variation of innovation path.With using the theory of evolutionary game to analyze,this paper thinks that changing the impact coefficient of the Internet on the success rate of each path innovation,so as to promote the manufacturing enterprises to choose the innovation path of structural change.Finally,in the study of business model innovation countermeasures and suggestions,this paper puts forward to clear strategic positioning of the strategy,cultivate network embedding level,enhance the ability of large data and intelligent manufacturing capabilities,improve the Internet innovation environment,which has a certain practical significance for some manufacturing enterprises carrying out business model innovation,enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
