The Research On Business Model Innovation Of Internet Plus Manufacturingindustry

The key requirments of enterprises business model innovation using internet to make manufacturing process more intelligent,to create anew industrial chain,to combination organic industrial chain,to reduce energy consumption,to serve customers,which can eliminate the middle part and make the “private custom”become true,and the customer become asuper VIP,at the same time “Chinese manufacturing”to”China made”.This is the goal internet plus manufacturing enterpaise go business model innovation.This paper will construces business model innovation path taking the value chain as the research starting point.and analysis date using a robotic company(Z company).The paper analyze constituent elements.By using the method of grounded theory,it is concluded that the relationship between the elements of business model innovation and the elements of the business model innovation,providing some advice and suggestions for the long-term development of this new industry.This paper analysis business model innovation choosing Z company as Internet plus manufacturing enterprises.Data is calculated through a semi structured interview and consulted the relevant information.The step used in the coding of grounded theory divided into three steps.The first step to open the corresponding encoding encoding original data,the second step split into different types of encoding,and data is encoded into fewer categories,the third steps to determine one or several core concepts.In this paper,the theory of grounded theory coding is flexible and innovative.The indicators were distributed to Company X,Y,Z,and making an empirical analysis.Finally,The paper put forward some suggestions according to the conclusion Internet plus manufacturing enterprises,in order to promote the sustainable development of this emerging industry.
