Research On Measuring Method Of Harmonious Degree Of Enterprise Resource Allocation

Under the environment of rapid global manufacturing expansion and intense market competition,more and more enterprises optimize resource allocation to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.However,the process of resource allocation is diffusible,irregular,and in most cases invisible.Most enterprises are often difficult to accurately handle with.In this current situation,scholars at home and abroad began to evaluate the situation of enterprise resource allocation.However,the existing research is either on the qualitative level,or on the other hand,it focuses on measuring the resources of a certain aspect(human resoures,financial resources,etc.)of the enterprises.Consequently the quantitative study from the whole point of view is insufficient.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to propose a measurering method to measure the harmony of enterprise resource allocation,which can be used to quantitatively measure the harmonious degree of enterprisere source allocation and provide the basis for enterprises to optimize resource allocation.Based on the main viewpoints and hypotheses of resource-based theory,this paper first explores the relevant theories of enterprise resources.Based on resource allocation theory and resource harmony theory,this paper analyzes the correlation degree of enterprise resources and resource allocation.In conclusion,a measuring model based on the idea of consumption utility and radar chart is built.Then,taking the Great Wall automobile as the basic research object,the paper compares the utility value of the Great Wall automobile resource with the ideal value by the ideal method,with the utility value of Dongfeng automobile resources by the standard method and with the utility value of Changan automobile resources by the defense method respectively.The expert questionnaire is applied to obtain the weight value of tangible and intangible resources by AHP.Finaly,the harmonious degree of resource allocation of the Great Wall automobile is finally obtained after substituting the above datas into the established model formula.The results show that the harmonious degree values of the Great Wall automobile from the three standards are consistent with each other,and they all agree that the Great Wall automobile had a large amount of investment in the intangible resources,but its utilization rate were not high.The utilization ratio of the tangible resources was higher than the intangible resources,but did not consitutute a hard power.It can be seen from the above experimental results that the measuring method proposed in this paper can more accurately measure the harmonious degree of enterprise resource allocation,and provide suggestions for enterprises to further optimize the allocation of resources.
