Second, according to radar analysis method to build the management status of Enterprise evaluation system, choose the relevant indicators. Collected Laos only two listed in this article2010-2012, the company’s financial statements and related financial information, compiled and analyzed it, calculate the value of each indicator, and then draw a radar chart, this clear, visually reflecting the corporate financial results for the3years and found problems in the company. Finally, under the radar analysis, Laos made appropriate management strategies and improving countermeasures of listed companies.For Laos, using radar, a listed company in this article provides clear, Visual image of corporate financial information, management and operating advantages and disadvantages, but also indicates the future development trend of enterprise, provide basic information for the next step in enterprise strategy planning for financial reference for policy makers.
