Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Tourism Poverty Alleviation In Yi Nan Under The Background Of Accurate Poverty Alleviation

Tourism poverty alleviation is one of the important means of precision povertyalleviation,and now is proved to be one important way of the regional poverty alleviation work.The main purpose of this paper is to explore a practical way of tourism poverty alleviation and provide a reference for the government decision-making related to poverty alleviation in the contemporary China,where the tourist industry is flourishing everywhere.In the process of precision poverty alleviation,Yi Nan,a county of Lin Yi,Shan Dong Province,gives full play to its own resource advantages,innovates the way of poverty alleviation,accelerates development on the basis of industrial advantages,vigorously develops the rural tourism industry,and explores the "Yinan model" of rural tourism by the way of government guiding,financial support,industry leading and accurate way to households.However,there are still some problems such as overall planning,finance,talent,innovation,unclear poor population identification in the process of precision poverty alleviation.Therefore,it is necessary to further standardize and perfect the tourism poverty alleviation system.Through field visits and literature review,this study systematically explains and analyses how to develop rural tourism and carry out poverty alleviation through it in Yi Nan,the achievements,the problems and directions for further efforts in the background of precise poverty alleviation with the subject knowledge such as public management,economic management and tourism management.Through the investigation and study,we can find that improving and standardizing the management system of poverty alleviation in Tourism,establishing a dynamic tourism poverty alleviation mechanism is the way to make tourism precise poverty be "helping the poor" and "truly poverty alleviation".Furthermore,only in this way can the poor people effectively benefit,realize poverty alleviation and income increase.
