| Poverty has long been a major problem in developing countries.China's poor population mainly distributed in rural areas,the most major poor groups are farmers.According to the latest bulletin of the national bureau of statistics in 2017,the number of rural poor in China was 43.35 million in 2016,according to the standard of rural poverty calculated at 2,300 yuan per year(unchanged in 2010).If this poverty standard were raised higher,the number of people living in poverty would increase even more dramatically.In order to reduce China's poverty rate more effectively and achieve a comprehensive well-off life at an early date,general secretary xi jinping first introduced "targeted poverty alleviation" in 2013.In recent years,there have been many ways to achieve targeted poverty alleviation,but in the final analysis,it is necessary to find "fishing" for farmers to get rid of poverty and get rich,rather than relying only on "fish" granted by the government.Rural tourism has the effect of industrial correlation and tourism multiplier effect.The 19 th CPC report pointed out that rural tourism is one of the important measures to promote new urbanization and develop rural revitalization strategy.In the 2017 government work report,premier li keqiang pointed out: improve tourism facilities and services,and vigorously develop rural,leisure and all-region tourism.China's rural tourism has been developing rapidly since 2006.Poverty alleviation through rural tourism has also been highly valued by the state in recent years,and has been recommended as a key method of poverty alleviation among industrial poverty alleviation by the poverty alleviation office of the state council.Rural tourism has become an important means to solve the poor areas and the poor population,promote the development of agriculture and rural areas,realize the mutual promotion of agricultural modernization and new-type urbanization,and successfully stepped onto the stage of implementing the process of targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation in practice.But are all poor villages suitable for poverty alleviation through rural tourism? On the basis of field research and literature reading,this paper will take liukeng village,lean county,jiangxi province,the author's hometown,as an example,and use SWOT analysis to carry out strategic analysis to achieve precise poverty alleviation through liukeng village,and make it clear that the best strategic choice for liukeng village to achieve precise poverty alleviation is to take the road of developing rural tourism.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of liukeng village's taking the road of targeted poverty alleviation through rural tourism,the "accurate" component of the successful cases of targeted poverty alleviation through rural tourism is extracted based on the analysis of the cases of targeted poverty alleviation through rural tourism in China.On this basis,generality is summarized and individuality is analyzed,and the path of carrying out precise poverty alleviation through rural tourism is obtained.Eventually from perfecting and standardizing tourism poverty alleviation recognition,support measures,management system,accurate financial support,personnel support five aspects,such as practically according to the characteristics of its own resources and outstanding problems,from the specific situation,because of class ShiCe,as a guide in poor areas in jiangxi province to carry out the effective development of rural tourism poverty alleviation work and increase the overall economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit provide a new way of thinking. |
