GL Water Supply Pipe Network Engineering Project Feasibility Study

With the rapid development of modernization and urbanization,rural residents are moving into the urban areas.In recent years,G City sees a sharp increase in needs of both water supply and water quality,no matter in terms of industrial water or domestic water.Factors such as supply/demand contradiction and water supply stability in downtown have been a threat to the sustainable development of G City.Therefore,it is of great significance to connect downtown with Bailong Water Plant,the second water source of the city.In order to avoid irrational construction,blind investment,and potential risks,this paper conducted a feasibility analysis,technically and financially,based on the example of GL water supply network.From the perspective of the project company,this paper takes the GL water supply pipe network project as an example,combines the project management with the feasibility analysis,and summarizes and develops the entire feasibility study WBS work template,standardizes the feasibility study of similar projects,and provides reference for the feasibility study of similar construction projects.This paper takes the feasibility study of the GL water supply pipe network project as an example,and focuses on the characteristics of the PPP project feasibility study work.From the perspective of the project company,this paper analyzes the key links of water supply demand and conducts a supply and demand balance analysis,with due attention to pipe network route plan,pipe and pipe network adjustment analysis,project environmental impact,risk,profitability and uncertainty analysis.This paper also takes into account professional opinions put forward by the project company,consulting company and design company in the feasibility study preparation,in order to establish an effective management evaluation and a feasibility report.From the results of the research and analysis,the project is technically and economically feasible.
