In recent years,the rapid development of the domestic telecommunications industry,national policy,industry policy and enterprise internal environment has undergone major changes.With the issuance of domestic 4G business license,China Telecom officially entered the era of 4G industry,Four network integration(2G,3G,4G,WLAN network),to further expand the scope of the telecommunications industry business,Three operators began a full-service competition model.Hebei Mobile Corporation is currently in a critical period of transformation and development,Policy environment,macroeconomic,industrial changes,market competition than in the past is undergoing unprecedented changes.For this,the company must stand at the strategic level to study the enterprise's market competition strategy and the impact of internal and external environment on enterprise development strategy,In order to make enterprises in the fierce market competition in an invincible position.This paper takes Hebei Mobile Corporation as the research object,using the PEST analysis,Potter five forces model analysis,SWOT analysis method,analysis of Mobile Corporation in Hebei.By SWOT analysis,analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Mobile Corporation development in Hebei,through the five forces model of competition analysis of Hebei Mobile Corporation's competition pattern.Based on the analysis,the problems existing in Hebei mobile are summarized,and formulated the future development of strategic thinking,Strategic objectives,as well as the strategy implementation plan.I hope this strategic research can guide the development of Hebei mobile and practical application value,enable the company to achieve strategic transformation and leapfrog development.
