Research On The Development Strategy Of Sheng Hong Petrochemical Industrial Park

Petrochemical industry is one of the pillar industries of our national economy,which has long been monopolized by the "big three".With the continuous development of China’s market-oriented reform,in recent years,private enterprises to enter the petrochemical field has been a number of policy support to break through the original barriers,such as Sheng Hong Holdings Group Co.,Ltd.of Hong Sheng Petrochemical Industrial Park.Sheng Hong Petrochemical Industrial Park since its establishment in Lianyungang in 2010,in support of the State Council and the central ministries,provincial and municipal government,relying on the advantages of the port,regional advantages and industrial advantages,the development of high-end petrochemical industry,considerable progress has been made in the petrochemical field,become the core business of the group.But Hong Kong Petrochemical Industrial Park is also faced with a number of issues such as resource shortage,technology needs to be improved,and the ability to cope with the external environment change is not strong.In order to make a new development strategy,it is necessary to carry out a new thinking on its own development.This paper studies on Shenghong Petrochemical Industrial Park based on external environmental factors through the classical analysis method to analyze the external Shenghong Petrochemical Industrial Park,summarizes the Shenghong Petrochemical Industrial Park where the Sinopec industry environment,which concludes some Shenghong Petrochemical Industrial Park facing the opportunities and threats;Based on Potter’s five forces model,the internal environment of the enterprise is analyzed in detail,and some advantages and disadvantages of the industry are obtained.Some combination of enterprise strategic management theory,increasing the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of the other aspects of the Sihong Petrochemical Industrial Park,analyzes the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of using SWOT matrix,the strategic choice and orientation for Sheng Hong Petrochemical Industrial Park,and formulated a strategic implementation plan,clearly the future direction of development of enterprises.
