Research On The Development Strategy Of Jinshang Bank

In fierce market competition,city commercial banks must concentrate on its own advantages and develop by being closely linked to the local economy and culture in order to coming out ahead in the banking industry.Therefore,formulating the development strategy of the city commercial bank should be closely combined with their own conditions and the local actual situation.From this perspective,with the aim of a better self-positioning and meeting all kinds of challenges,Jinshang bank need fully exploit its own advantages to deal with the gradual change of the domestic and foreign development environment,to seize the new opportunities and to gain strong core competence.The essay has mainly adopted literature method,interview method and model method;meanwhile,national and international relative literatures concerning strategic management and commercial banks development strategy are collected so as to sum up the research mentality on the basis of previous literature.Based on this,the paper analyzes the macro environment of the Jinshang Bank and its strengths and weaknesses by using PEST theory,Potter's five forces model,SWOT analytical method.According to the results of analyzing,the dissertation makes the development strategy for the Jinshang bank,clarifies its orientation of development and puts forward the implementing channel of the developing strategy.Finally,the paper focuses on the study of the strategy implementation by combining the characteristics of the commercial banking industry so that the overall strategy can be successfully implemented.The results of the research introduce a development strategy for Jinshang bank which is practical and constructive,thus,it is of great significance in reality.
