Over the 1980 s,there are great changes in both the international and domestic environment.The enterprises are faced with complex competitive pressures and fierce competition.If the enterprises try to maintain a long-term and high competitive advantages,the competitiveness of enterprises must be improved.However,with the rising of the knowledge economy,the competitive advantages that enterprises depend on is not material capital,but human capital.Competition between enterprises has been changed from the original material into talent contest.The one who quickly find or cultivate a higher level of talent can occupy a favorable competitive position in the fierce competition.The study is based on using literature method,observation and questionnaire method,while divided the strategic human capital and the human resource management system into innovative and general types,collecting data through questionnaires.First,using SPSS and AMOS software to test reliability effect on the collected data and questionnaire through factor analysis method.Then,establishing structure equation model.Through the value generated path to analyze strategic human capital,that is the relationship between human resources management system and strategy human capital as well as the influence that strategy human capital on the Enterprise competition advantage.Finally,obtain competitive advantages in the competition through human resources management practice activities make investment to enterprise employees,training corresponding characteristics of strategy human capital.The research shows that by the factors of knowledge,skills and capacity strategy,human capital can be divided into innovation type and general type,human resources management system can also be divided into innovation type and general type.Both innovative human resources and general human resources management system have active effect on the value generation of human resources.Therefore,no matter the innovation type or general type human capital are both playing an positive role on enterprise competition.Besides,the strategic human capital is the mediation of the matching human resources system and competitive advantageous enterprises.
