Economic globalization and economic reform are promoting the enterprise to enter a period full of opportunities and challenges. Many scholars have researched how to make enterprises,which faced with fierce international competition, to seize opportunities to meet the challenge in the market. As an intangible resource,strategic human capital not only has the background-dependence, social complexity and other characteristics,which making this resource difficult to imitate, but is consistent with the competitive strategy, which is a solid foundation for future development of enterprises. Therefore, strategic human capital becomes the core resource of the enterprise to gain competitive advantage.In addition,the subject of scientific study, research methods, practitioners,the form and scale of organization and other aspects of research have dramatic changes in recent era. During the process of scientific research process,the rising complexity and challenging make the individual heroism instead of innovation team form. This paper makes the innovative team as the research background and a profound analysis about the basic configuration of strategic human capital in innovation team and how to bring a competitive advantage for the enterprise.This paper proposes the purpose and significance of research about strategic human capital in innovation team from the background of highly competitive international environment. Based on RBV,human capital theory,innovative team theory and other relevant theory, the content, methods and technical route of this paper are given.Combined with management, economics, social and other subject matter, the logical framework and theoretical basis come into being initially. Utilizing of research methods of literature, questionnaire, empirical analysis and statistical analysis tools of SPSS and AMOS,this paper achieves the following empirical analysis:At first, making the reliability and validity testing on recovered data provide protection for the validity of empirical tests;secondly, verifying the basic configuration of strategic human capital in innovation team by confirmatory factor analysis lays the theoretical foundation for the follow-up study; thirdly, the relationship between strategic human capital in innovative teams and competitive advantage is tested by multiple linear regression analysis; at last, using hierarchical moderated regression verifies the regulating function of team spirit and human-capital deployment between strategic human capital in innovative teams and competitive advantage.Researching finds: 1) Strategic human capital of innovative teams mainly includes: knowledge, professional skills and innovation and team exclusiveness; 2) Strategic human capital of innovative teams accelerates firm’s competitive advantage; 3) Team spirit has positive adjusting effects on the relationship between strategic human capital and firm’s competitive advantage, but the human-capital deployment has no significant adjusting effects. Conclusions of this study show that, in today’s “Big Science” era, through the cultivation of team spirit, strategic human capital in innovative teams can better promote a firm’s competitive advantages. This conclusion provides enlightenment on how strategic human capital influences on firm’s competitive advantages.
