In the time that competition has become the main theme of modern society, people are under pressure from all sides, while the operating pressure by widespread concern in the community, previous studies have shown that the working pressure of the high pressure of work for the employee’s work and life have caused negative effects, thereby affecting the overall performance of the organization, and as such, staff stress management has become one of the key organizational management.This study is based on this background, investigation and analysis by the pressure of competition in the current context of the status of work of employees, use of organizational support and a sense of self-efficacy of two concepts, from both inside and outside the comprehensive analysis of organizational support and a sense of self-efficacy for working pressure degree of influence. By the stress of the work of research staff, organizational support and a sense of self-efficacy levels, analyze organizational support degree of influence on the various dimensions of job stress, and investigate the influence of self-efficacy role for the working pressure, with a view of the organization’s human resources management and stress management useful exploration.Based on the enterprise and public sector employees in the survey, the use of EXC EL and SPSS17.0 statistical software for survey data results were differences in analysis, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that the current pressure on staff at the upper level, there is a strong se nse of work pressure, and in the perception of organizational support, employees and public sector employees showed significant difference. The study also found that organizational support in recognition of the value dimension to a certain extent, to adjust the degree of self-efficacy impact on job stress.Based on the results of this paper, from an organizational point of view to proposing to ease pressure on staff to stimulate employees to play a self-efficacy approach to provide some theoretical basis and practical suggestions for the organization of work stress management.
