Taking the graduate employees of after 80s as research object, this paper makes an empirical study on job stress for them, which analyzes the job stress level, the structure of the job stress, the main job stressors, and the effects demographic variables have on job stress. Then combining of stress management, we raise some management tactics for the graduate employees of after 80s and their organizations.Referring to the previous study of work stress and combing with the features of graduate employees of after 80s, this paper firstly develops a job stress questionnaire for graduate employees of after 80s, then use factor analysis to study the structure of job stress which includes eight dimensions:personal development, job design, workload, external pressure, role ambiguity, group pressure, organizational structure and difficulty of work. Making statistical analysis for job stress level and job stressors, we found that the job stress level of graduate employees of after 80s is above average, the main source of stress is work load, external pressure, group pressure, role ambiguity and difficulty of the work, other sources of work stress personal development, job design and organizational structure. Then, by use the one-way AVOVA test, the result indicates that demographic variables have significant impact on both the level and the various dimensions of job stress, and the effectiveness on them are not exactly the same. Finally, we analyze and explain the above conclusions theoretically, and make management recommendations for the graduate employees of after 80s and their organizations from the angle of human resources management.
