Salesperson of power quality management enterprises play a very important role in the operation of the company,and their performance directly affects the rise and fall of the company.This is because,with the rapid development of China’s economy,electricity related industry market demand is growing,huge business opportunities have brought more and more competitors.In the power quality industry,the difference from Research&Design is relatively small,and the competition among peers is largely the competition for sales talents.Due to the importance of salesperson,the quality of Enterprise’s Employees’Performance Appraisal Program influences the talent selection,talent foster,talent employment and retention.ABC company is a pioneer in the industry,but not as new peers more favored by sales talents.The reason,the existing sales staff performance appraisal system is the enterprise market competition disadvantage.Therefore,the optimization of sales staff performance appraisal system for enterprises is imminent.The purpose of this study is to optimize the ABC company sales staff performance appraisal system design,improve enterprise performance and talent attraction.The significance of this study.the theory can enrich the power quality industry and even the electrical industry sales staff performance appraisal scheme,provide ideas for other enterprises in the industry reference and inspiration;the reality can lead to high-level attention to sales staff performance appraisal problems and program optimization interest.Based on the on-site investigation of ABC Company,this thesis sorts out the current situation of the sales team and the performance appraisal system of sales staff.and uses literature research,interviews and questionnaires to analyze the performance appraisal system of sales staff in depth.First of all,the author has consulted the performance appraisal related theory literature,has carried on the comparison to the performance appraisal tool,has reviewed the domestic and foreign research condition;secondly,through the sales staff sampling interview and questionnaire survey,to understand the current situation of enterprise performance appraisal.Through the above analysis,the main problems of ABC company sales staff performance appraisal are:unreasonable sales indicators,improper assessment subject,inadequate application of the results.In this thesis,the optimization scheme is designed from the aspects of content.subject,cycle,process and application of performance evaluation optimization,and the safeguard measures are put forward from the aspects of collaborative guarantee of evaluation system.reasonable division of labor,complaint feedback and error correction mechanism.Sales staffs performance appraisal optimization should take full account of the changes in the internal and market environment.It is meaningful to form incentive assessment content.Standardizing process,improving complaints and establishing feedback system can enhance the effect of communication between employees and enterprises.The adjustment of assessment subject reflects democracy and openness,and the different setting of assessment cycle is more in line with the actual situation of enterprises.The innovation of this thesis lies in:First,the change of assessment indicators,opened up for the same type of sales,behavior and results of two different emphasis on the test.Second,according to the evaluation model of matching sales indicators with individual groups,a new idea of sales staff’s mentoring cooperation performance appraisal is constructed.
