This paper analyzes Chinese market environment of ski equipment,analyzed the policy implications of the market in the form of development,economic situation,social and cultural factors such macro factors and ski equipment manufacturers,consumers,local governments such micro factors,and the HEAD skis Status of product transportation costs,prices,marketing channels,brand promotion,combined with a detailed analysis of the marketing environment,consumer groups,ski equipment article according to consumption patterns and habits,combined with other brands of ski equipment dealers price and marketing model,design HEAD skis made its goal of improving customer groups selected recommendations.Finally,from product transportation,brand marketing and channel marketing strategy issues recommendations for improvement.
