Along with the increase of our country residents' disposable income,the rise of consumption level,and the change of consumption idea,people think highly of living quality,physical quality promotion and body shaping.The national fitness movement is supported by the nation,making much more people demand for sports fitness as well as fitness equipment.Fitness equipment market is showing a good momentum of development.Under this background,this paper took H company fitness equipment as the research object,and sought effective methods to enhance its market competitiveness through marketing strategy optimization research with the help of modern marketing theories.This article has carried on the H company fitness equipment marketing strategy optimization research in Shandong market.Firstly,this paper elaborated the research background,research significance and research method,and defined the relevant concepts of fitness equipment marketing.Secondly,this paper carried on H company fitness equipment marketing problem diagnosis,with the detailed analysis of present marketing situation.Thirdly,this paper analyzed H company's marketing environment and target customer demands in Shandong market.Then corresponding countermeasures were carried out based on SWOT analysis.H company's marketing strategies were optimized through 4Ps.Finally,reasonable suggestions for H company fitness equipment marketing in Shandong market were put forward.
