With the development of science and technology and fierce market competition,modern organizations are becoming more aware of the importance of human resources.According to the 80/20 rule,the key employees of enterprises bear the important responsibility for the development of enterprises.Accordingly,the execution of key employees will directly affect the performance of enterprises.Therefore,how to organize the competency of key employees is the key to whether an organization can gain the core competitiveness.Based on the definition of the key employees of Jufeng Group through the methods of literature research,investigation and empirical research,the paper analyzes the competency of key employees of Jufeng Group through key event interview,16 PF evaluation and other pathways.Then we make the evaluation and sum up the existing problems,and put forward targeted strategies and measures at the same time.The basic logic of the dissertation is as follows: Firstly,according to the connotation,classification and model of competency as the theoretical guidance,the author analyzes the basic features of job competency,and provides theoretical support for the study of job competency of key employees in Jufeng Group.Secondly,Method to evaluate the competence of key employees in Jufeng Group and draw the conclusions of the key employees' competency matching.Finally,based on the analysis of the competence evaluation of Jufeng employees,this paper puts forward the matching training mechanism and recruitment path,Analyzed and improved the competency model of employees in key positions in Jufeng Group,and strengthened the countermeasures for the matching of key employees.
