Since the implementation of reform and opening up to the outside world in 1986,Laos has made great progress in economic and social aspects,and has made remarkable achievements.The tourism industry in Laos has been developing greatly in the past years of reform and opening up.Laos gradually changed from a resource-based country to a tourist oriented country.For a country,tourism can not only promote economic and social development,improve the employment rate,but also attract a large number of foreign tourists to show the world's own style and culture to the world.In recent years,with the introduction of the supporting policies of the Laos government on tourism,the threshold of tourism is reduced,and more and more Laos are engaged in the tourism industry.More and more Laos tourism companies are set up,and the market competition is becoming fiercely competitive in the face of limited tourism resources and Tourism space.The tourism company is changing from the traditional marketing strategy to service marketing strategy,providing service for customers and meeting customer needs has become the marketing focus of the present tourism company.In the course of the actual operation,most Laos tourism companies are still serious in the light of competitive light strategy,heavy profit and light service,lack of service consciousness and the immature service marketing strategy.This study takes CHAMPA tourism company as the main research object,based on the fierce competition in Laos tourism market,taking the service marketing strategy of CHAMPA tourism company as the eye point.Through the analysis of the current situation of company service marketing,the main problems of CHAMPA tourism company in the service marketing process are obtained,and the macro and micro companies are combined with the micro and micro.In view of the environment,the service marketing strategy of CHAMPA tourism company is put forward,aiming to provide ideas for the development of CHAMPA tourism company in Laos.
