In recent years,with the advent of baby boomers,as well as good information opening two-child policy,market size China maternal industry brought the unprecedented surge in maternal and child market electricity supplier in the field of cruel competition.And have emerged to help mother,Beibei,Jimmy Tesco,jumei.com and other hundreds of e-commerce company operating platform based on maternal and child market.The maternal and child market scale is also increasing.According to i Research data show that in 2015 Chinese maternal market capacity of 2 trillion yuan,with the upgrading of consumption,as well as 80 90 people enter childbearing age peak,is expected in 2018 will add 12 million newborn,maternal and child supplies the overall transaction size will be close to 3 trillion and 200 billion yuan,to the number of newborns in 2020 will reach 20 million,while the online trading activities of maternal and child market scale will be in 2018 exceed 760 billion yuan.Faced with the increasingly wide range of maternal and child market,how to win business opportunities in the fierce market competition,improve the market share of the line,is a vertical category of the company's thinking and need to solve the problem.M company officially launched in March 2014,is specialized is engaged in the global maternal and infant commodities supply chain integration and sales of maternal and infant proprietary electricity company.In 2014 launched the first year,turnover of 350 million yuan,up to 2.5 billion,2015,forecast in 2016's goal is to have two or three times in 2015 growth,its development speed is impressive.However,the company at the same time of enjoying the dividend of the rapid development of industry,are also under great pressure and risk,because the company development speed is too fast,causing a lot of problems in the process of operation of,such as the early negative news results in the decrease of trust,customer satisfaction,low lead to high proportion,customer complaints after purchase rate is low,the audience the customer life cycle is short,homogeneity of price war,parts of high inventory turnover days and commodity procurement cost is high.In this paper,in order to solve the present problems existing in the operation of M company and improve effect of M company,for the purpose of combining the domestic electric business company accumulated in operating strategies research,by adopting the method of observation method,comprehensive evaluation method of M company's operational problems were analyzed,and through the study of the optimization design of concrete implementing methods of operation strategy,put forward the operation strategy for the future development of more conducive to M.In this paper,the specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)on maternal and infant class electrical contractor M company as the research object,through to the domestic electric business operation strategy related theory research achievements,including the development of electricity,electricity business mode,and the operation of electric business strategy several aspects,such as induction and summary,for optimization in this paper,M company's existing operations strategy to provide theoretical support;(2)of M company profile operation mode are introduced,from two dimensions of customer and goods,the SWOT analysis on the current industry competition environment of M company conducted a comprehensive analysis,based on this,by means of M company operation under current operating strategy in the summary and analysis of data,points out that in M company operation policy issues;(3)for M company currently operating strategy problems,put forward the targeted operation strategy improvement,including in the management of the service,warehousing logistics,quality management strategy,operational process optimization strategy,brand building strategy,marketing strategy,after-sale protection strategy,etc.;(4)according to the improvement of operation strategy,to solve the problem of M company,for the implementation of the actual operational strategy.Through the study of this article advances the operation optimization of M company,constructing scientific and effective operating model for M company to provide a set of feasible methods,this paper studies to enhance the vitality of the company and also provides a strong theoretical support for sustainable profitability.
