Social work is mainly about people in which families and communities have been the focuses,while people's working world,as another important area of human life,is often overlooked.Modern enterprise employees are facing too much psychological pressure,mental sub-health and other social issues under high-pressure work which occupies most of time in their lives.One of the objectives of an enterprise in social work is to prevent and tackle the problems that may cause psychological pressure or occupational burnout in employees,and to expect their comprehensive development leading to better operation and win-win results.This research is conducted through professional internship in social work in an enterprise,where I have found that a particularly serious issue related to the occupational stress among young employees exists after observing and interviewing with the staff.Therefore,a questionnaire survey was conducted targeted at those young employees.Under the precondition of guaranteeing their privacy,by using SPSS method for statistical analysis and choosing the objects according to the interview,a conclusion can be drawn that the main factors that cause their occupational stress are the mismatching of professional skills for job requirements,problems relative to interpersonal skills and the lack of their personal knowledge and abilities.Hence based on their appeals and combined with the techniques of social work,a practical scheme focused on activities and training has been put forward.The scheme intends to help young employees release the occupational stress based on strength perspective,which will improve the situation of high occupational stress.At the same time,the defects should be summarized during the practice and better practical scheme should be timely improved after the self-examination.In addition,more references should be provided for the practical development of other enterprises by launching the empirical examination of the strength perspective theory and discussing the operation of the theory in the area of social work.
