With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge and innovation is crucially important intangible assets.Especially for the IT industry,the knowledge staff should necessarily be the object of and incentives focused on by enterprises as the main body of innovation activities.Therefore,the knowledge staff's incentive problem is one of the important problems need to solve IT enterprise.Although a large amount of research has been accomplished by experts and scholars domestic and overseas on knowledge staff incentive problems,but it still remains to be proven for the suitability detailed elaborated by a particular industry or enterprise.Therefore,in RT company which is engaged in computer software as a case of a high-tech enterprise in Suzhou,Jiangsu,sets its internal knowledge staff as the research object,draw lessons from past research train of thought,various scholars and specialists through questionnaire survey,using the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,build the motivating factors of regression model.The knowledge staff's incentive problems and defects were further explored in existing management,and the corresponding improvement suggestions and strategies were proposed.The results showed that the RT company knowledge staff pay most attention to the following incentives: salary,benefits,leadership qualities,interpersonal relationship,justice and equity,and personal growth.However RT Company is just in the rapid developing period,incentive institution of the knowledge staff is still at the early stage,this leads to big difference between employee's expectations and the actual feelings,the key point of the improvement and optimization is also based on these difference.The thesis of design and improvement in incentive institution is according to the research by the build scientific compensation system and performance evaluation system,focus on the three aspects: employee's individual growth and development,and healthy and positive enterprise culture,in order to improve the knowledge staff's enthusiasm and satisfaction,promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.The research results in this thesis have a direct guiding significance for RT Company to understand its motivated status of the knowledge staff and to develop pertinent improvement measurements.It also has the certain reference value for other similar enterprise in internet industry.
