Along with the globalization of economy development,the world enters a new era.In this age knowledge into the development of major companies to gain competitive advantage in controlling the real resources,is to determine the importance of production factors.With the development of knowledge economy,the importance of knowledge management is paid more and more attention to.Knowledge management as a management approach,has been a business survival for a lot of business managers.In the information age,and the trend of rapid development of knowledge,knowledge resources have the new features,Such as:the knowledge explosion,knowledge trash,knowledge shielding,etc.A large number of resources from development of knowledge-based economy have not formed a favorable factor.Despite the knowledge economy and knowledge workers to join,the overall innovation capability of enterprises have not thus prosperity.This is because enterprises lack effective knowledge sharing in the management of knowledge.In the whole business management process knowledge is shared,exchanged and adsorbed between members.It is the foundation of enterprise knowledge management,an effective way to create greater value.This article begins with an overview of knowledge-sharing,and elaborates the theory related to knowledge sharing and knowledge-sharing incentives.Several commonly used knowledge-sharing incentives are analyzed and compared.Secondly,the characteristics of knowledge,the model of knowledge sharing,the impact of knowledge sharing between employees were analyzed.Thirdly,through analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation research,they are combined.Combined with barriers between business knowledge-sharing,sharing of knowledge between enterprises were evaluated.Finally,on the basis of evaluation of knowledge sharing through the analysis of individuals sharing knowledge,and organizations and individual,knowledge-sharing incentives are proposed.Such as:training knowledge-oriented corporate culture,formalizing the incentive system of knowledge sharing between staff,inspiring by the spirit,establishing contribution Award for knowledge sharing,linking evaluation of the results of knowledge sharing and other incentives,penalizing poor performance knowledge-sharing.
