Knowledge sharing, as a way of maximizing intellectual capital, gets more andmore scholars’ attention. Many businesses have motivated employees to shareknowledge in various forms. But studies indicated that the quality of knowledgeshared was worsen while the number of the employees who shared the knowledgeincreased greatly after many enterprises making some incentive measures onknowledge sharing. That produces a large number of repeated knowledge, andincreases the costs of knowledge retrieval and knowledge discovery. Especially inhigh-tech enterprise, due to the characteristics of the knowledge intensivity, thisproblem will become more prominent. How to increase the amount of sharedknowledge and improve the quality of the shared knowledge at the same time is aneager problem in the process of studying knowledge sharing.Effective knowledge sharing can avoid the repetition of exploration and reducecost. That also can maximum the value of enterprise’knowledge capital and keep thecore competitive advantage of enterprise. However, few scholars made studies fromthe scope of improving the quality of the shared knowledge. Knowledge quality is thelevel which knowledge meet the demand of knowledge needers, knowledgequality-based view of knowledge sharing is knowledge provider provide theknowledge user with the most needed knowledge in the process of knowledgesharing.This paper studied the problem of motivating employees to share knowledgeaccording to the needs of others in the high-tech enterprises.This paper first expounded the background of research propositions, and made aliterature review of knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing incentive mechanism andhigh-tech enterprise knowledge sharing incentive. Then the quality of knowledge andits measurement were studied, demand-based knowledge quality measure in thehigh-tech enterprise was put forward and verified with A high-tech enterprise as anexample. Then the knowledge sharing behavior was studied, the author inducedsupplier behavior in knowledge sharing based on the previous studies, through theusing of quality function deployment (QFD) method, the knowledge needs ofemployees were made into control of supplying behavior, and concluded with targetedincentive orientation. At last the model of knowledge sharing incentive wasconstructed, and some management advices were given in the last part.
