Under the new normal condition of economic development,facing the new environment of management and development of the times,security companies urgently need to optimize a set of reasonable,effective and complete performance evaluation system.In order to solve the common security companies in our country work and evaluation standards are different,the staff work enthusiasm is not high,and the relevant management authority is not clear and other related problems.Under the background of the gradual change of the function orientation of the security company,it is also very important to strengthen the security team construction and management reform.Therefore,security companies urgently need to optimize a sound,open,effective performance evaluation system to maximize the incentive to the company The superior and subordinate work enthusiasm,solve the above-mentioned existence many problems.Under the guidance and starting point of the theory of performance evaluation,this paper adopts the methods of investigation and analysis,literature research and so on,to investigate the performance management of Y security company in the field,and to combine the theory with the practice of the research strategy.This paper puts forward the idea of optimizing the performance evaluation system,and summarizes the suggestions and strategies of optimization and improvement.This research is mainly divided into the following parts: first of all,under the background of the current enterprise performance evaluation system,the purpose andsignificance of the research,as well as the concept and theoretical basis of performance evaluation,are put forward.To provide important theoretical basis and guidance for the research of the thesis;Secondly,it analyzes the effectiveness evaluation of Y security company,and puts forward the problems of performance evaluation,and starts with three dimensions of thinking cognition,system building and employee quality.The reasons of the problems in performance evaluation of Y security company are analyzed.Thirdly,it analyzes the ideas,significance and principles of the design of performance evaluation system,key performance from the company level,management personnel The performance evaluation index is designed and implemented,including performance incentive,performance appraisal,performance feedback and result application.Finally,from three aspects of personnel security,system security and organizational security,combined with the reality of Y security company,optimize the corresponding performance evaluation system.The conclusion of this paper will provide some reference for Y security company to establish a scientific,reasonable,rigorous and effective performance evaluation mechanism.
