The performance system is a core part of modern enterprise management. The securities company is a rapid development financial industry in recent years, the performance management system will play a decisive role in order to complete to other companies. One question is the current performance management system is or not suit for the company’s operation and development? Thus the company should pay more attention to think about how to optimize and improve the existing performance management system.This dissertation takes the Jiangsu branch company of the G security company, which head office is located in Shanghai, as research object. Firstly, introducing the current situation of the company performance management system; secondly, based on the related performance management theory, finding four main problems in existing performance management system through questionnaire.1) High employee turnover rate; 2) Employees pay more attention to the assessment while ignoring their daily work; 3) Strong utilitarianism and poor team collaboration; 4) The growth of short-term and long-term worry more. According to these four problems, we make some assumptions and analysis to find out the reasons. At last, we put forward some measures to improve the performance management system according to the analysis.This dissertation is divided into five chapters, based on G system of securities companies in Jiangsu branch performance optimization design work to reverse the securities industry pure performance data assessment oriented point of view, focusing on the staff performance appraisal at the same time, also with other soft assessment indicators, both enrich the evaluation content, and makes assessment of three-dimensional, humanization. Based on the overall marketing, putting forward the separately assessments of business post and non-business post. Meanwhile, enhance corporate culture construction to make sure the optimization of the performance management system.
