In the enterprise human resource management,performance management has been playing an important role.To strengthen and optimize the performance management helps to improve the level of enterprise human resources management,through the implementation of scientific performance management,to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff,improve work efficiency,create more value for the enterprise.In addition,to strengthen and optimize the performance management work also helps to form a fair,stable and passionate management environment within the enterprise.With the reform and opening up,China's security service industry is gradually rising,and its internal management system is facing many challenges.Function of security service company gradually from the original combat and management to the prevention,management and service,with the work function changes the security services company,is becoming more and more important to strengthen the quality construction and management work of the security team.Therefore,the security service company is an urgent need to establish a reasonable,effective and perfect performance appraisal system,to improve the working enthusiasm of security personnel,solve many problems existing in the incentive mechanism of security service companies is not perfect,poor performance.In this paper,LW security services company as the research object,the integrated use of literature research,the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)and key performance indicators(KPI),survey research and other research methods,to assess the quality of the performance management system,analysis of the existing performance management system in the enterprise,the optimization scheme of the performance management system,to provide reference the theory for the improvement of the performance management system of LW company and the sustained and healthy development.The main contents of this paper include the following parts: firstly,this paper introduced the research background,purpose,meaning and methods,and the related theory of performance management literature is studied,which laid the foundation for this study.Secondly,from the aspects of the company's performance management objectives,the design of performance indicators,performance management process,this paper summarizes the current situation and effectiveness of the performance management,and finds out the existing problems.Then according to the problems found,the corresponding optimization,especially with the three main problems existing in the performance management system of LW security services,targeted to optimize the performancemanagement system,the focus is on the suggestions of company performance management system structure optimization,the company performance management process optimization,and the optimization results are analyzed.And then put forward the relevant safeguard measures,including the organizational guarantee,performance culture,training support and other security measures.Finally,the main conclusions are drawn,and the further research in the future is prospected.
