Research On The Optimization Of Performance Management System Of BKM Company

Performance management is always an important component of enterprise human resource management. It is aimed at combing individual performance with organizational performance, an important management to realize enterprise development strategy. At present, many enterprises in China have implemented performance management. However, in practical process, some problems have prevented performance management from fully playing its role. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze problems in enterprise performance management and put forward corresponding suggestions.Through collection of corresponding documents, the author finds out that there are few studies focused on information security enterprises, causing enterprises lacking of scientific guidance in the process of performance management. Therefore, the paper takes BKM enterprise as an example. It depend on questionnaire and interview summed up the BKM company existing problems: lack of scientific concept of performance management, performance indicators set defects, serious forms of performance management, performance results, feedback timely. This paper puts forward the optimization scheme of BKM company performance management system and safeguard measures on the basis of these issues. First, determine the BKM company performance management optimization target, in the specific optimization scheme design from the following four aspects: the set of performance plan, construction of performance index system, performance communication and performance evaluation of the results of the application to the design optimization program; at the same time, this paper in clear performance management system to optimize the implementation principle, from the security system, cultural security scheme optimization of safeguard measures are put forward in the two aspects.The innovation of the paper includes: firstly, it takes BKM enterprise, an information security enterprise, as research subject, effectively making up the deficiency of existing researches. Secondly, the paper integrates corresponding performance management theories with enterprise practice and puts forward corresponding optimization plan, so it is of stronger scientificity. At last, application of research methods increases credibility of the research.
