Study On The Management System Of Lianyungang High-Tech Zone

National High-tech Industrial Development Zone,referred to as "National High-tech Zone." Is to develop high-tech industries,focus on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of specific areas,but also the economic development of the accumulation of growth and institutional reform of the first area.With the rapid development of world science and technology,the rapid development of economy,high-tech and its industry has become the core of international competition,the pillars of economic development,comprehensive national strength of the mark.August 1988,the State Science and Technology Commission held in Beijing,the first national Torch Program work conference,marking the construction of national high-tech zones as an important part of the Torch Program officially began to implement.China's high-tech zones have undergone three decades of development,through innovation elements,leading industrial development and promote reform and opening up initiatives,which greatly promoted the regional economic construction and social development,highlighting the aggregation of innovative resources and economic development fission effect.However,due to the high-tech zones in China started on the basis of preferential policies,it is also in this policy to stimulate the emergence of the "development zone" hot,so that China's current high-tech zones still exist in the number and level,Not high,into the district enterprises,the degree of agglomeration is not high,the mode of operation,management system,the degree of standardization is not high and so on.On the basis of summarizing the existing model of China's high-tech zone management system,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the existing management system of Lianyungang high-tech zone,and draws lessons from the experience of development and practice of some high-tech zones in China,To try to put forward the management of Lianyungang high-tech zone management system issues and objectives,so as to enhance the management system and operational mechanism of the effectiveness of the Lianyungang High-tech Zone to take advantage of the momentum and accelerate the healthy development.
