In 2018,there were 8.2 million college graduates nationwide.Graduation season,there is one thing all graduates would do,that is take an certificate photo.One edition of the certificate photo costs between 15 yuan to 100 yuan.The certificate photography market,according to the lowest price 15 yuan a version to calculate,in our country is also a hundred million prospects potential market.A few years ago,the market mainly relied on photo,wedding studios,printing shop to meet consumer demand.There are problems such as low shooting level,ugly photo distortion and bad attitude of service.With the development of economic level,people's aesthetic consciousness is continuously improved,and the pursuit of personal aesthetic enthusiasm is unprecedentedly high.In 2010,in the first-tier cities of Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou,the most beautiful identification photo shops began to appear.In 2014,Ms.L and Mr.T,keenly aware of the blank certificate photography market in second-tier cities,started the M identification photography service company.After five years,it successfully entered three shopping malls with prosperous potential in Zhengzhou,serving tens of thousands of people,with a turnover of more than 10 million yuan.For startups without any business experience,the achievements are remarkable.It was also the year of 2014 that the market for buyers of certificates in Zhengzhou ushered in the spring.With competitors springing up like mushrooms and increasing pressure of industrial competition,the market of certificates in second-tier cities developed rapidly into the red sea of fierce competition.The development of entrepreneurial small businesses is limited by the founders' personal limitations,lack of self-reflection and strategic layout on enterprise problems,and the increasingly harsh competitive environment,resulting in an awkward situation of weak and poor.Its existing problems,in the final analysis,are all problems of development and should be solved in development.This paper makes use of PEST model,five-force model and SWOT model to analyze the internal and external situation of the enterprise,and makes use of questionnaire survey andindividual interview to probe into its customer expectation,operator goal and employee mentality.The company is positioned as a diversified light photography service company of licensed products.Combined with the Internet,the company adopts flexible strategies to break through the traditional marketing mode and industry differentiation,adapt to the personalized needs of customers,create brand effect with good reputation and achieve sustainable development.Small and medium-sized enterprises create value up to 60% of China's economic aggregate,accounting for 99% of China's total enterprises,undertake over 65% of patent inventions and over 75% of new product development,and are an important force in promoting national innovation-driven development strategies.M company is a typical entrepreneurial small enterprise.The research on its development strategy is conducive to a superficial view of the current situation of small enterprises in China and to submit a practical answer sheet for their future survival and development.
