The wage system which is scientific,reasonable and effective is the core of the arrangement of human resources of modern enterprises.It is also one of the important guaranties to the enterprise reform.FH Company is set up by turning debts into stocks.As for the effect on wage system under planned economy,the present wage system is not suitable to the development of the company.The company is in great need to design a series of wage system which are scientific,practical and operational,which still can bring about great advance in participating market competition.The passage introduces FH Company briefly.It analyses the current wage situation and problems of the company.The author synthesizes the theories of modern wages,encouragement and the labor price.It draws on the experience of some other enterprises'wage system and uses the modular and systematizing method.Based on the demand for practice and operation,they design a series of wage system which can make the company develop steadily.The system contains wage thoughts and wage system with goals,wage rules,prize rules,welfare rules,wage system for specials and the wage controlling,and so on.Depending on the features of different kinds of employees,the system designs wage rules,prize rules and welfare rules At the same time,the effective parts among the old system,which has been accepted by workers.The passage says while carrying out wage system untimely,they use the special wage rules for different value creators,such as managers,researchers,sellers and so on,which show the personalities of the wage system,and make the wage system more effective.The passage also designs the test system of achievement and the restraint on management.They set up a leading group for this wage management,which supervises and evaluates the enforcement of wage system,thus it guarantees that the system goes on efficiently.
