The LG electron company is a joint venture, along with company of continuously shape, whose original compensation management system has a lot of malpractices not corresponding with the development of modern enterprise. For carrying out a sustaining of company health steady shape and management efficiency growth, the company supervision layer decision carries on to reform completely the company, among them, the salary manages the system is one of important project.Firstly, this paper showed the theories and method on modern compensation management. Then direction analysis and research aiming at the compensation system of LG electron company explains the advantages and disadvantages of wage system based on seniority. Based on it, make optimized design of existing compensation system. then brings forward the objective and principle of the compensation management system. According to the basis flows of the design for the compensation management system, and focuses on the core staff makes job analysis, job evaluation, performance evaluation remodeling, corporation internal and external salary survey and so on. Puts forward a set of wage system based on competency improve enthusiasm and initiative ability of staff. In the end,the author introduces the safeguard measures of the optimized compensation system.The topic studied in this thesis, in the period of the current development of joint venture company, show its considerable importance and catholicity. The research result is of certain significance in guidance and reference to the enterprise with similar background and situation.
