With the continuous development of the economy,the management level of the enterprises has also been continuously improved.Technology has been playing an important role in this development.Human resources who can be seen as benefits are the creators and users of technology.Human resource with its unlimited potentials is the key factor in enterprise management,it is a strategic resource for enterprise development.The key to human resources is motivation.For the long-term development of the enterprise we must emphasize on the role of human resources.Once the company guide the employee correctly and trigger greater enthusiasm from them,they can achieve organizational goals and their own needs,increase their satisfaction,so that their enthusiasm and creativity can be maintained and developed to the best interests as the company gradually.Effective incentive mechanism,can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of all employees,improve work efficiency,enhance business performance,and thus establish a set of scientific and effective incentive scheme directly related to the survival and development of enterprises.As Megginson's opinion,incentive is the process of the group's goal achieving for different people in the same company.In the need-hierarchy theory of Abraham Harold Maslow and Herzberg's motivation-hygiene theory,they point out human's demand is the motivation of the incentive.How to satisfy the demand is the key factor.In Vroom's Expectancy theory,he points out employee can fulfill his work and help the company finish the performance due to the satisfaction they can get from the process.Through the Q&A paper and interview all employee from HKY environmental engineering company,we can see the current situation of the incentive.Based on this situation of this company,this thesis will provide the incentive improvement project by using incentive theory.This thesis takes the HKY environmental engineering company as the research object,starts from the basic information of this company,include the placing personnel and departmentalization,found many problems about research staff salary appraisal management and staff training,employees cannot put themselves into work,these problems will take bad effect on company development.So many company take suitable incentive scheme as an important subject of modern enterprise research.This thesis probes to find the reason about all these problems and provide improvement project form four aspects,mainly include salary staff training and team work.Not only include position value assess but also staff KPI,in order to make employee feel fair of salary.The company can formulate training process and team-building activities in order to incentive employee from spiritual level.For the study of this HKY Environmental Engineering Company employee motivation,the company needs to put into more time and effort,for the employees' training need to collect more information from all departments.In this thesis 's,my research only takes one department's data for the achievement assessment index,whether the result is good or not requires to do more research.
