Zhoushan’s Four Big Industrial Park Land Intensive Evaluation Research

Under the background of economic globalization,industrial park has become theeffective way in today’s industrial development. Industrial park in industrial agglomerationefficiency, technological innovation, the ecological protection showed significantadvantages. In our country,industrial park as a new growth point of the regional economicdevelopment,the rise in the country’s rapidly,many industrial park,has obtained the goodbenefit,even become the promoter of the regional development. However many industrialpark due to simply pay attention to the expansion and extension of scale expanding,causeextensive land use,serious waste of land resources. Not only for the limited landresources,especially the cultivated land resources caused a huge threat,also hinder thedevelopment of the industrial park itself. At present how to improve the industrial parkland use efficiency,promote the industrial park of intensive utilization of land has becomea research hotspot in the field of land use.Zhoushan city as the two islands,one of the regional administrative divisions ofstacking area,sea area is large,the land resource is relatively scarce. Scarce land resourcesin full market competition will flow to the higher rate of return on investment department.But limited by the land use change is more difficult,the defects of market economy and theconsideration of factors such as food security, fully market-oriented land resourceconfiguration is not necessarily the optimal configuration. Therefore needs the governmentto regulate land,make get intensive land economical utilization. Refer to the relevanttheories and research methods at home and abroad is presented in this paper,on the basisof through the industrial park land use system and its influence factors analysis,comprehensive evaluation index system is established,using data envelopment analysismethod to analysis. From the land use status,land use and land use benefits three aspects toevaluate the land intensive utilization condition of zhoushan’s four big industrial park,together with the present situation of intensive interest in the study area analysis,finallyput forward to improve industrial park related Suggestions and countermeasures of intensive utilization of land.This paper mainly includes six parts: the first chapter introduces the selected topicbackground and research status at home and abroad,illustrates the purpose of this study,the research content,research significance and research methods；The second chapter to theindustrial park,defines the concept of land intensive utilization,and expounds the relatedtheory,The third chapter analysis of the current situation of zhoushan’s four big industrialpark land use；The fourth chapter of zhoushan’s four big industrial park land intensive useof performance of the DEA analysis of performance evaluation；Chapter v profile in thestudy area and evaluation analysis put forward to improve industrial park,the relatedSuggestions and countermeasures of intensive utilization of land；Chapter vi draws theconclusions of this study,and points out the further research in this study.
