Research On The Strategy Of Tourism Precise Poverty Alleviation In Qionghai

Under the background of the national precise poverty alleviation strategy,the industry's precise poverty alleviation,including tourism precise poverty,had been increasingly valued and favored by governments at all levels.Based on the literature review and analysis,with the use of community participation and other related theories,this thesis made a systematic and in-depth analysis of the conditions,current situation and problems of the tourism precise poverty in Qionghai,and put forward some pertinent strategies for tourism precise poverty in Qionghai.First of all,through summarizing the relevant research on the tourism precise poverty alleviation both at home and abroad by using the method of literature analysis,this thesis analyzed the five favorable conditions for the accurate poverty alleviation of tourism in Qionghai by using of the field investigation and the collection of relevant information about the tourism accurate poverty alleviation in Qionghai.These five favorable conditions were the perfect infrastructure,sufficient human resources,good tourism environment,high quality tourism resources and developed tourism.And these conditions provide a solid foundation for Qionghai to carry out the accurate poverty alleviation of tourism.Secondly,through the analysis and combing of the relevant measures and the results achieved in the tourism accurate poverty alleviation in Qionghai,the basic status and problems of Qionghai's tourism accurate poverty alleviation were clarified.The main problems were the lack of new and timely response capacity for new poverty,a weak sense of poverty relief among some poor people,low level of community participation in tourism precise poverty alleviation,insufficient support for tourism precise poverty alleviation supporting policies,incomplete investment mechanism for tourism precise poverty alleviation funds,inadequate skills training of tourism precise poverty alleviation,too unitary tourism precise poverty alleviation participants and poor supervision system of tourism precise poverty alleviation.Thirdly,based on the conditions and present conditions of the tourism accurate poverty alleviation in Qionghai,in view of the main problems existing in the tourism accurate poverty alleviation in Qionghai,this thesis put forward the tourism accurate poverty alleviation strategy of strengthening the timely response mechanism of the new poverty,strengthening the awareness of poverty relief for poor people,strengthening the community participation of tourism precise poverty alleviation,strengthening the support policy of tourism accurate poverty alleviation,broadening the sources of the tourism accurate poverty alleviation support funds,improving the training mechanism of tourism accurate poverty alleviation,perfecting the participants in tourism accurate poverty alleviation,and perfecting the tourism accurate poverty alleviation supervision system.Finally,the thesis summarizes the research process,findings and conclusions.
